Who we are

N&V Accounting & Tax Services is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@nvaccounting.co.za or on 082 376 7287.

What we collect and why

  • Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), the service you are asking about and your message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the service you ask about.
  • Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics records how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location. We use it to improve the site, never for advertising.
  • Cookie choice: one first-party cookie, nv_consent, remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, for 12 months.

Consent and cookies

Analytics cookies are off until you choose Accept analytics. If you reject, Google Analytics sends no analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox through an email delivery provider and our email host. If you accept analytics, Google receives analytics data. These providers may process information on servers outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email us at info@nvaccounting.co.za and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who can read enquiries to the directors. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial documents through the enquiry form. We will tell you how to share them safely once we are working together.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date at the top.
